The aim of the project was to considerably improve the administrative performance of the city council and to provide services to citizens more effectively by means of implementing electronic services in the city of Banská Bystrica. Thanks to the implementation of this project, the ponderous paperwork was reformed, duplicate data-entering was prevented and, generally speaking, the extent of paperwork handling was decreased. The iPoint solution for forms was implemented during the project with the goal of using state-of-the-art technologies to improve the administrative performance of the staff and providing services to citizens more effectively.
